Cheers • How do our reviewers determine if a wine is age worthy? Do they have crystal balls? No, but they taste a lot of wine. Reviewer Michael Alberty estimated he personally tasted 3,000 wines a year in a recent piece for our website. So all this swishing and swirling and spitting adds up.
